Most AI vendors sell a model and pass every other cost — tokens, cloud bills, maintenance, incidents — back to your CFO. PSV owns all of it. One fixed engagement covers the full operational stack, so there is no second invoice, no mystery line item, and no vendor triage when something breaks at 2 a.m.

Every AI model call — Anthropic, OpenAI, open-source — is covered under your engagement. No metered billing arriving from a third party. We manage the contracts, the rate limits, and the failover routing.

Compute, storage, databases, vector indexes, job queues — provisioned and managed on AWS, GCP, or Azure based on your preference. You don't see a cloud bill. We right-size and optimize continuously.

Production hosting with monitoring, alerting, SSL, CDN, and DR configured. We handle releases, rollbacks, and the on-call pager.

Common questions
Engagements are scoped individually based on workflow complexity, integration depth, data volume, and whether on-prem deployment is required. We quote a fixed monthly engagement after a 30-minute discovery call — no hourly billing, no line-item surprises.
Yes — with one exception. Third-party SaaS licenses that you already own or prefer to own directly (e.g., your CRM, your email platform) stay on your side. Everything PSV installs or operates is under our engagement.
Engagement scope covers expected usage ranges. We continuously monitor and if your workflows scale 5× the scoped volume, we renegotiate — we don't clawback or surprise you. Most clients find our usage stays within scope because we're tuning constantly.
Yes. Many clients — especially in regulated industries — require us to deploy inside their AWS, GCP, or Azure account. We manage everything inside your tenancy; cloud costs flow through your bill, engagement fee remains fixed.
